Many efforts are being made by the Gujarat government for the well-being of the people and so that the people do not face any inconvenience in the government works. A WhatsApp helpline has been started by the Gujarat government to get rid of the pending works of the people. In which complaint can be made regarding the following sections.

- ત્યારબાદ તમારા ફોનમા વોટસઅપ એપ. ઓપન કરો.
- ત્યારબાદ આ સેવ કરેલા નંબર પર Hi લખી મેસેજ કરો.
- ત્યારબાદ ચેટબોટ દ્વારા તમને એક મેસેજ મળશે જેમા વિવિધ પ્રકારના 12 જેટલા વિભાગોના નામ લખેલા હશે.
- તમે જે વિભાગ માટે કમ્પલેઇન રજીસ્ટર કરવા માંગતા હોય તે વિભાગનો ક્રમ રીપ્લાય આપો.
- આગળ તમને તમારુ નામ જણાવવા માટે કહેવામા આવશે.
- ત્યારબાદ તમારો જિલ્લો અને અન્ય વિગતો પૂછવામા આવશે
- આ બધી વિગતો રીપ્લાય આપતા તમારી કમ્પલેઇન રજીસ્ટર થઇ જશે.
- તમારી કમ્પલેઇન નો નંબર પણ ફાળવવામા આવશે. જેના દ્વારા તમે રજીસ્ટર કરેલી કમ્પલેઇન નુ સ્ટેટસ પણ જાણી શકસો.

- After that you will get a message through the chatbot which will have the names of up to 12 different departments written.
- Give the department order reply for which you want to register the complaint.
- Next you will be asked to enter your name.
- Then your district and other details will be asked
- By replying all these details, your complaint will be registered.
- Your complaint number will also be allotted. Through which you can also know the status of the registered complaint.
