મોબાઇલ સહાય યોજના પાત્રતા ધોરણો
- આ યોજના હેઠળ ખાતેદાર ખેડૂતને આજીવન એક વખત સહાય મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. આ સહાય ફકત સ્માર્ટફોનની ખરીદી માટે જ આપવામા આવે છે, સ્માર્ટફોન માટેની અન્ય એસેસરીઝ જેવી કે બેટરી બેકઅપ ડીવાઇઝ, ઇયર ફોન, ચાર્જર,ગ્લાસ, કવર વગેરી જેવા સાધનો માટે સહાય મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહી.
- આ યોજનાનો લાભ રાજયમાં ખેતીની જમીન ધરાવતા કરતાં તમામ ખેડૂતોને મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. આ યોજના હેઠળ ખાતેદાર ખેડૂત એક કરતા વધુ ખાતા ધરાવતા હશે તો પણ એક જ વાર સહાય આપવામા આવે છે. સંયુક્ત ખાતાના કિસ્સામાં ખેડૂતોને તેઓની જમીનના ૮-અ માં દર્શાવેલ ખાતેદારો પૈકી એક જ ખાતેદારને લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
- પસંદ થયેલ લાભાર્થીઓએ પૂર્વ મંજૂરી મળ્યે તારીખથી દિન.૩૦ માં સ્માર્ટફોન ખરીદવાનો રહેશે.
- આ મોબાઇલ સહાય યોજના માટે i-khedut પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની હોય છે.
- અરજદાર દ્વારા i-khedut પોર્ટલ પર કરવામાં આવેલ અરજીમાં આપેલ કોઈ પણ વિગતો ખોટી જણાશે તો, પૂર્વ મંજુરી આધારિત ખરીદ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરેલ હોવા છતાં અરજદારની અરજી રદ ગણવામાં આવશે અને સહાય મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહી. આ અંગે અરજદારનો હક્ક- દાવો રહેશે નહીં.

Smartphone Assistance Scheme for Farmers
Under this scheme, the farmer will be eligible for subsidy up to Rs.15000/- on the purchase of a smartphone. In which the farmer is given a subsidy of 40% of the purchase price of the smartphone or Rs.6000/- whichever is less.How much support will you get? Explanation by example
E.g. If a farmer buys a smartphone worth Rs.13000/- then Rs.5200/- or Rs.6000/- whichever is less i.e. Rs.5200/- is eligible for 40% of the purchase price and if a farmer If one buys a smartphone worth Rs.30000/-, 40% of the purchase price will be Rs.12000/- or Rs.6000/- whichever is less i.e. Rs.6000/- will be eligible for assistance.Mobile Assistance Scheme Eligibility Criteria
Under this scheme, the resident farmer will be eligible for one time assistance in his lifetime. This assistance is given only for the purchase of the smartphone, assistance will not be available for other accessories for the smartphone like battery backup device, ear phone, charger, glass, cover etc.The benefit of this scheme will be available to all the farmers who own agricultural land in the state. Under this scheme, assistance is given only once even if the farmer has more than one account. In case of joint account, the farmers will be entitled to benefit from only one of the tenants mentioned in 8-A of

The selected beneficiaries have to purchase the smartphone within 30 days from the date of prior approval.
Online application for this mobile assistance scheme has to be done on i-khedut portal.- If any details given in the application made by the applicant on i-khedut portal are found to be incorrect, the application of the applicant will be considered canceled and the assistance will not be available even though the pre-approval based purchase process has been completed. The applicant will not have any claim in this regard.

- After getting the approval under Mobile Sahay Yojana, after purchasing the smartphone within the stipulated time, the applicant farmer has to submit the following instrumental proof along with the signed application printout to the Gram Sevak/Extension Officer/Taluka Enforcement Officer.
- Copy of Farmer's 8-A
- Copy of bank passbook or canceled cheque
- Copy of Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Original bill bearing the GST number on which the smartphone was purchased
- IMEI number of mobile
conditions
- The conditions prescribed under the Mobile Sahay Yojana have to be followed strictly.
- The implementation of this scheme has to be done through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) method, that is, the amount of assistance is directly deposited in the farmer's account.
- GST No. of the company selling the smartphone in the bill for the validity of the smartphone bill mentioned for the benefit of the scheme. Also the IMEI number of the mobile should be mentioned
