The first semester of Std. 10 and the unit test will be calculated according to the marks of both the semester examinations of Std.

For a regular student, 9 out of 50 marks and 2 out of 50 marks in the school will have to be brought in the passing standard of 5%.

According to the four criteria decided by the board, even if one of the criteria is not met or the examination is not given or the score is 5%, the board will declare the pass in its own way.

The responsibility of preparing the result of Std. 10 and its record will be with the school principal.

A record of the results prepared by the school and the grounds taken must be kept for five years

Each school will have to get the signature of the members of the school result committee on the basis of the document taken for the result.

The board or DEO will then have to provide all the record-documents for verification

Each school must submit a certified copy of the results to the District Education Officer's Office

The Board will have each DEO verify the result-document used by the school.

Action will be taken against the school which does not prepare the result as per the instruction of the board

If the result of Std. 9 has been declared and the marks have been given, but the marks of the first session of Std. 10 and the unit test marks are still with the schools and the marks have not been made yet. Can happen. However strict action has been ordered by the board for the irregularity.

Only the board will be able to give the missing marks, not the school

According to the rules announced by the Gujarat Board of Education for the mass promotion of Std. 10, the results will be prepared on the basis of Std. 9 and Std. Will be done.

According to the rules declared by the board, the marks will be shown by the board in the result. After uploading the marks obtained out of 50 from the board and 20 out of the school per subject, the student who is missing the marks will be declared as a pass by waiving the marks. In addition, the school has fixed the criteria A, B, instead of missing achievement, grace marks or any kind of marks. The student who gets less than 5% marks will be given a pass by the board with missing marks and only D grade will be shown in the marksheet of such students.

If there are less marks to be passed per subject, then it will be shown that the marks are considered as forgivable by showing the fundi. The marks given as missing marks will not be included in the total marks. In addition, due to the special status of Corona, even if the student has not got 9 out of 20 and 9 out of 90 marks in the Std. 10 examination of the year 2021, the pass will be declared due to the mass promotion. In B, C and D, if the candidate is absent in any one of the criteria or in more than one criterion i.e. the student has not appeared in one or more of the examinations, then in such case zero marks will have to be shown.
