Ambaji: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani along with his wife Anjaliben have come to see Mataji at Ambaji. He then made a statement on the issue of curfew and starting schools in Ahmedabad. There will be a curfew in Ahmedabad from 9 pm tonight to 6 am on Monday. The state government has taken this decision as the transition to Corona is on the rise. There will be curfew in Ahmedabad all day on Saturday and Sunday. In the meantime, services including milk, medicine, medical emergency will continue. All other activities will be stopped. However, following the announcement of the public curfew, people are rushing to buy essentials. Crowds of people are seen at malls and shops. Even though the public curfew is only for two days, people have started collecting items.
The curfew will end at 6 am on Monday but will resume from midnight, meaning the curfew will remain in place from Monday until further notice in Ahmedabad. Which will be in force from 9pm to 6am.
The 60-hour curfew in Ahmedabad on Saturdays and Sundays is enough for Ahmedabad city only. Work will continue as usual in all other cities of the state. The government has taken this decision to prevent the spread of the ever-spreading corona.

Sola Civil will be provided with 400 extra beds.
While 100 beds have been arranged in Gandhinagar Civil for patients from areas near Gandhinagar. Thus, 900 beds have been set up in government hospitals as well as 400 more beds in private hospitals. However, he claimed that 2237 government hospitals and 400-bed private hospitals were currently vacant.
