- Logging in to the app
- Tapping on the Mobile or Fiber icons on the homepage
- Tapping on View details to view details of recent recharge
The MyJio app is compatible with Android OS 5.0 or above and iOS OS 12.0 or above. It can be downloaded from the Play Store or App Store. After downloading, open the MyJio app and log in with OTP (One-time Password)
To recharge your Jio number using the MyJio app, you can:
- Open the MyJio app
- Log in with your JioFiber Service ID or RMN and OTP
- Click on Recharge
- Select a plan
- To get plan info, tap on the i icon
- Select the plan you want to recharge your number
- Click on Buy
You can also check your recent recharge history details on the MyJio app by:
