ચૂંટણીકાર્ડ માં ફેરફાર કરવા માટે જાહેર કાર્યક્રમ રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે. અને તેનો સમયગાળો 20/08/2024 થી શરૂ થનાર છે. તેમાં અલગ અલગ કામો કરી શક્શે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે.

• જન્મ તારીખ માં ફેરફાર
• લગ્ન થઈ ને આવે તો નવું નામ ચડાવવું અને કાઢવું
• કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિના મૃત્યુ થયે નામ કાઢવું

ચુંટણી કાર્ડ માટે જે કંઈ પણ ફેરફાર કરવાનો હોય નવું કાઢવાનું હોઈ કે કઈ પણ હોઈ તે માટે અલગ અલગ ફોર્મ ભરવાના રહેશે. જેની માહિતી નીચે મુજબ છે.નવું નામ દાખલ કરવાનું :ચુંટણી કાર્ડ ની યાદી માં નામ ઉમેરો કરવા માટે ફોર્મ નંબર ૬ ભરવાનું હોય છે. જેને 1 જાન્યુઆરી 2025 ના રોજ 18 વર્ષ પૂરા થતાં હોઇ તે આ ફોર્મ ભરી શકે છે.
નામ માં કમી :જો તમારે કોઈ પણ કારણો ને લીધે ચુંટણીકાર્ડની યાદી માંથી નામ કાઢવાનું હોઈ તો તે માટે ફોર્મ નંબર ભરવાનું રહે છે.
સરનામું ફેરફાર કરવાનું:
જો તમારે સરનામા નો ફેરફાર કરવાનો હોઇ તો તમારે તે માટે ફોર્મ નંબર 8- ક ભરવાનું રહેશે.
નામમાં ફેરફાર:તમારા નામ કે અટક માં કોઈ પણ જાતનો ફેરફાર હોઇ તો તમે તે માટે ફોર્મ નંબર 8 ભરી શકો છો.
આ બધાજ ફોર્મ તમે તમારા નજીક ના વિસ્તાર ના BLO નો આ સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન સંપર્ક કરવાથી ફોર્મ મળી જશે. 20 ઓગસ્ટ 2024 થી ચૂંટણીકાર્ડ ધારક જે તે વાંધા હોઈ હક્ક દવા હોઈ તે માટેની રજુઆત કરી શક્શે. અને 6 જાન્યુઆરી 2025 ના રોજ મતદાર યાદીની આખરી પ્રસિદ્ધિ કરવામાં આવશે.
20 ઓગસ્ટ થી તારીખ ના સંદર્ભ માં ફોટાવાળી યાદી માટે ખાસ સુધારણા જાહેર થયેલ છે. ચૂંટણીકાર્ડ ની યાદીની છેલ્લી પ્રસિદ્ધિ તારીખ 6 જાન્યુઆરી 2025 ના રોજ કરવામાં આવશે.
