Unseasonal rain is predicted from January 7 to January 10 due to moisture from the Arabian Sea. There is a possibility of a change in the atmosphere of the state from January 7.

Unseasonal rain has been predicted in Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Diu Daman, Navsari, Dang, Valsad districts and Dadarnagar Haveli on January 8.
The Meteorological Department has predicted unseasonal rain in Rajkot, Junagadh, Amreli, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod districts on January 9.
According to the prediction of the Meteorological Department, normal rainfall has been predicted in Banaskantha and Sabarkantha districts of North Gujarat on January 10.
Ambalal Patel predicted that due to El Nino and global warming, the opposite situation of the atmosphere has been created. In such a situation, there is also a possibility of a low pressure activating cyclone in the Arabian Sea. It is likely to have more impact between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
