Change in RTO rule

આજ રોજ RTO ના નિયમમાં બદલાવ થયા જે નીચે મુજબ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.
- નવું વાહન ખરીદનારને આજથી નંબર સાથે વાહન મળશે.
- RTO ના નિયમમાં બદલાવ માં હવે નવી-જૂની નંબર પ્લેટનું કામ હવે RTO નહીં કરે.
- નંબર પ્લેટ બદલવાનું કામ હવે ડીલરો કરશે.
- ડિલરો દ્વારા સર્વિસ ચાર્જ ઉમેરતા નંબર પ્લેટ બદલવાનો ખર્ચ વધશે.
- સર્વિસ ચાર્જનો વધારાનો ખર્ચ વાહન ચાલક પર પડશે.
- હવેથી નંબર મેળવવાનું અને નંબર પ્લેટ બદલવાનું અને લગાડવાનું કામ ડિલરો જ કરશે.
New vehicle buyers will get a numbered vehicle from today.
- In the change in the rules of RTO, RTO will no longer do the work of new-old number plates.
- Dealers will now do the work of changing the number plates.
- The cost of changing number plates will increase with dealers adding service charges.
- Additional cost of service charge will be borne by the driver.
- Henceforth only dealers will do the work of obtaining numbers and changing and fitting of number plates.

- The number plate will be affixed at the time of purchase of the vehicle.
- As per the new rules, when a person buys a vehicle from the showroom, the number plate will be affixed there. The vehicle will not leave the showroom without affixing the number plate. And action will be taken against the dealer if the vehicle is running without number plate. Earlier, vehicle buyers used to give the vehicle to the vehicle buyer with TC number. But now this rule has been changed. From now on, after the registration of the vehicle, after paying all kinds of taxes, the vehicle will be given directly by giving a new number.
નંબર પ્લેટ લગાવવાની કાર્યવાહી ડીલર કરશે.
14 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2023 ના રોજ RTO ના નિયમમાં બદલાવ થયો છે તેમાં હવેથી નંબર કાઢવાની અને નંબર પ્લેટ લગાવી દેવાની જવાબદારી ડીલરના શિરે આવી છે. તમામ વાહનોના રજીસ્ટ્રેશનથી લઈને વાહનોના નંબરની ફાળવણી શોરૂમ માથી કરવાની રહેશે. જેથી ફી અને ટેક્સ ભર્યા બાદ વાહનનો અંબર આવી જાય. આ નિયમમાં બદલાવ થવાથી વાહનને તાત્કાલિક નંબર મળી જશે. અને RTO કચેરીના ધક્કા ખાવા નહીં પડે. ડિલરે નંબર ફાળવણી કર્યા બાદ RTO માથી ડૉક્યુમેન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન કરવામાં આવશે અને તમામ માહિ ચકાસશે.
