New Parliament: New Parliament Images: Monday was the last day of parliamentary proceedings in the old Parliament. From Tuesday i.e. from 19th September, the proceedings of the Parliament will be held in the new Parliament House. The new Parliament building of India has six entrances.The statues of majestic animals placed at all the entrances of India's new Parliament House tell us a lot. At the six entrances of Parliament, statues of various auspicious animals as well as mythological creatures are placed as "gatekeepers". Sculptures at the entrance include eagle, gaj (elephant), ashwa (horse), crocodile, swan and shardula (mythical creature). It is said that every animal is a symbol of nature and its various forms.
Proceedings of the special session are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 19 at the New Parliament House. 6 doors have been placed to enter this building. The first three gates contain statues of horses, gajas and eagles. They have been given special names such as Gnana Dwar, Shakti Dwar and Karma Dwar. નવા સંસદ ભવનમાં લોકસભાની 888 બેઠકો
નવા સંસદ ભવનમાં લોકસભા માટે 888 બેઠકો બનાવવામાં આવી છે. જ્યારે રાજ્યસભા માટે 384 બેઠકોની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે. બંને ગૃહોના સંયુક્ત સત્ર દરમિયાન કુલ 1280 સાંસદો એકસાથે બેસી શકશે.
ગરુડ -શાર્દુલ :- ગરુડ એ દૈવી શક્તિઓ અને સત્તાનું પ્રતીક ગણવામા આવે છે. ભગવદ ગીતામાં એવુ કહેવામા આવ્યુ છે કે સમગ્ર વિશ્વ ભગવાન વિષ્ણુમાં સમાયેલું છે. આ વિશાળ સોનેરી રંગનું પક્ષી પણ આ સૂચન કરે છે. વાસ્તવમાં શાર્દુલ અને ગરુડ આકાશના પ્રતિક ગણવામા આવે છે.
સિંહ:- સિંહ એ દેવી દુર્ગાનું વાહન કેહવાય છે અને સિંહ એ વિસ્મય, બહાદુરી અને વિજયનું પ્રતીક ગણવામા આવે છે.
હંસ :- ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિ મા હંસ એ સમર્પિત પ્રેમનું પ્રતીક છે. આજે આધુનીક સાયન્સ પણ શાસ્ત્રોમાં વર્ણવેલ હંસ અને હંસની વચ્ચેના પ્રેમની વાર્તાઓ માટે સહમત છે. એવુ કહેવાય છે લે હંસ ફક્ત એક જ વાર જોડી બનાવે છે. જો તેમાંથી એક મૃત્યુ પામે છે, તો બીજુ તેના પ્રેમમાં જીવન આખુ જીવન વીતાવી નાખે છે.
મગર :- મગર એ દેવી ગંગાનું વાહન ગણવામા આવે છે અને તે જળચર જીવોમાં સૌથી શક્તિશાળી અને ઝડપી પ્રાણી માનવામાં આવે છે. એટલે કે મગર એ પાણીનો રાજા છે.
ઘોડો :- ઘોડા ને શક્તિ, ગતિ અને હિંમતનું પ્રતીક ગણવામા આવે છે.
હાથી:- હાથીઓને બુદ્ધિમત્તાનું પ્રતીક ગણવામા આવે છે અને તેઓ તેમની યાદશક્તિ અને બુદ્ધિમત્તા માટે ખૂબ જ પ્રખ્યાત છે.
નવા સંસદ ભવનની જરૂર કેમ પડી?
કેન્દ્ર સરકારના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર જૂનું સંસદ ભવન 96 વર્ષ જૂનું છે અને તેનું નવીનીકરણ કરવું તેમજ બિલ્ડિંગમાં નવા અને આધુનિક સંદેશાવ્યવહારના સાધનો લગાવવા મુશ્કેલ બની ગયા હતા. આ સિવાય સૌથી મોટી વાત એ છે કે દેશની વસ્તીને જોતા કદાચ સાંસદોની સંખ્યા પણ વધશે આ માટે કેન્દ્રની સરકારે નિર્ણય લીધો કે નવું સંસદ ભવન જૂના સંસદ ભવન પાસે જ બનાવવું જોઈએ.
સેન્ટ્રલ વિસ્ટા રિ-ડેવલપમેન્ટ પ્રોજેક્ટ હેઠળ બાંધકામ
આ માટે સેન્ટ્રલ વિસ્ટા રિ-ડેવલપમેન્ટ પ્રોજેક્ટ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો જે અંતર્ગત નવા સંસદ ભવનનું નિર્માણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. નવી સંસદની ઇમારત કુલ 64,500 ચોરસ મીટરમાં ફેલાયેલી છે અને તેના નિર્માણમાં લગભગ 1200 કરોડ રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
દિલ્હીના મધ્યમાં નવું સંસદ ભવન બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે
નવી સંસદનું નિર્માણ દિલ્હીના મધ્યમાં કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. તે કુલ 64,500 ચો.મી.માં ફેલાયેલું છે. તેના નિર્માણમાં કુલ 66,000 કામદારોએ મદદ કરી છે. ઉદ્ઘાટન બાદ પીએમ મોદી તમામ કાર્યકરોનું સન્માન પણ કરશે.
