ગણેશ ચતુર્થીની પૂજા વિધિ
ગણેશ ચતુર્થીના દિવસે વિધિપૂર્વક ગણપતિ બાપ્પાની મૂર્તિને એક ચોકી પર પીળા રંગની ચાદર કે કપડુ પાથરીને સ્થાપિત કરો. તેમનો ગંગાજળથી અભિષેક કરો. પછી વસ્ત્ર, ફૂલ, માળા, જનોઇ વગેરેથી તેને સુશોભિત કરો. તે બાદ અક્ષત, હળદર, નાગરવેલનું પાન, સોપારી, ચંદન, ધૂપ, દીપ, નારિયેળ વગેરેથી પૂજા કરો. બાપ્પાને દુર્વા અર્પિત કરો. મોદક કે લાડુનો ભોગ લગાવો. આ દરમિયાન ઓમ ગં ગણપતયે નમો નમ: મંત્રનું ઉચ્ચારણ કરવું જોઇએ. આ મંત્રનો જાપ કરવાથી મનોકામનાઓ પૂરી થાય છે. પૂજાના સમયે ગણેશ ચતુર્થી વ્રત કથાનું શ્રવણ કરો. પછી ગણપતિની આરતી કરો.

ભાદ્રપદ શુક્લ ચતુર્થી તિથિ પ્રારંભ: 18 સપ્ટેમ્બર, બપોરે 12:39 વાગ્યાથી, ભાદ્રપદ શુક્લ ચતુર્થી તિથિની સમાપ્તિ: 19 સપ્ટેમ્બર, બપોરે 01:43 વાગ્યા સુધી, સ્વાતી નક્ષત્ર: 19 સપ્ટેમ્બર, સવારથી બપોરે 01.48 વાગ્યા સુધી, પછી વિશાખા નક્ષત્ર, અભિજિત મુહૂર્ત: સવારે 11. 50થી બપોરે 12.39 સુધી
Ganesh Chaturthi Puja Ritual
On the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, ritually install the idol of Ganapati Bappa on a choki covered with a yellow sheet or cloth. Anoint them with Ganga water. Then decorate it with clothes, flowers, garlands, janoi etc. After that worship with Akshat, turmeric, nagarvel leaf, betel nut, sandalwood, incense, lamp, coconut etc. Offer durva to bappa.
