Coverage: Under this scheme, selected students of 9th standard for study in schools of state government, government auxiliary and local institutes are given scholarships for nine years and renewal / renewal in their standard 10 to 9th class is envisaged.
Scholarship amount: Rs. 12000 / - per student per annum. By increasing the rate of scholarship to Rs. 6000 / - to Rs. 12000 / - per annum from 1st April, 2017.
