In areas where teacher shortage is high, special financial benefits will be given to the on-duty teacher. Teachers will be replaced only in special circumstances for the relationship between the teacher and the society to be established and sustained. That is, the transfer of teachers will not be done until. Examinations like TET and TAT, which are currently being conducted for teacher recruitment, will be continued.
