Regarding the above subject, stating that as per the resolution of
Reference-1 of the Education Department, the execution of the instruction given in the reference-2 letter of this office in the camp if a teacher petitioner has filed a petition in the High Court and the judgments made in the petition by the High Court. Care must be taken not to disrespect. If any such judgment is against the prevailing rules of the Government, take immediate action through your Panel Advocate in consultation with this office. (M.
