For this the teacher should accept project, discussion, group work, field visit, travel method instead of the usual lecture method. E.g. Instead of giving information about 'potter' with the help of picture in 'Our Professionals' lesson, taking students to potter's house and by observation and personal experience, students become aware of potter's work, tools used and make that knowledge lasting. If the teacher acts as a facilitator, the enthusiasm for learning can be seen in the students.

As a Teacher Counselor, to know the issues related to students' education, school environment, friends and family and to counsel the students to overcome them. As a mentor, the teacher needs to be emotional, loving and friendly with the students.
In short, the ideal teacher is a person who decorates a garden with flowers of different colors. Which encourages students to walk even on thorny paths with a smile. Explain to them the reason for living. It strengthens its foundation by irrigating the child's mind with a fountain of inspiration and guides it for its all-round development. Only a Guru can cultivate the good character of a disciple through moral values and sacramental teachings along with book knowledge. Every teacher in our country fulfills his responsibility as an ideal teacher.
