The Income Tax Department declares the PAN card through UTITSL or National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) and the tax information network (TIN). You can also get another copy of your PAN card by contacting the agency who created your PAN card.

How to make a reprint

For this you can go to UTITSL or NSDL-TIN's online portal and click on the Reprint PAN card option. After using this feature you can easily get your PAN card reprinted at your home. In the meantime you have the option on which address you want to deliver or make changes to your new PAN card.

This feature is applicable for new and old PAN card holders. However, the PDF file is also valid for this by the Income Tax Department.
