GAS-2 Margdarshika 2019: Guide GAS 2 General Information
• GAS 2 has been organized in standard 4,6,7 on 22/11/2019 across the state. For this, 15 schools per taluka have been selected according to the required X, Y, Z category.
• Standard 4, 6, 7 standards will be evaluated on the same day.
• A total of 30 language and mathematics questions will be evaluated in standard 4 with a duration of 60 minutes. In grade 6, a total of 45 questions will be evaluated in language, math and science subjects with a duration of 90 minutes.
• A total of 60 questions will be evaluated in standard 7 language mathematics, science and social science subject to 120 minutes.
• The test start time in all standards will be 12:30 hours.
• 3 FIs will be appointed in each allotted school for evaluation of all three standards.
Functions of FI ...
• Determine the purpose of each FI's visit to the allotted school. The School Literature will be given to the FI which will be opened at the given time as they go to that school.
• Each FI must arrive at the school allotted at 10:30 am before the school prayer time.
• A maximum of 3 children will be tested on the day of assessment. If it is less than 30, then all children who have to take that standard will have to take the test. Each standard of the given field has to be filled once. Which is given in your guide.
• Follow all instructions in the CWSN Guidelines for Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
• Receive all FIs in sealed cover from the taluka level at each FI.
The following materials will be provided at the taluka level. OMR cover, question paper cover, 3 blank cover, guide / field note, identification card, note-pad. FI work order, sticker on cover to complete the bill, rolls required. General Chat Chat Lounge The FI must obtain all the information necessary for the children from the Principal at the school.
• The signature stamp that the cover is sealed should be taken to the school and made to the Principal.
