The injustice of committing a 10-year bond to a Vidhyasahayak in a lower primary
Gujarat Primary Vidhyasahayak have warned that intense agitation will end if bonds are not canceled.
In all the recruitment of standard 1 to 5 lower primary divisions in the state since 2014, the state government has done wrong by filing a 10 year bond. According to this information, by filing a bond which was then recruited to eliminate the question of reduction in the backward talukas of the state.
In the year 2014 and thereafter, about 5,000 education assistants have been involved in 10 years bonds in standard 1 to 5 and their social life has been stripped of a decade. One son lives more than 10 years away from his parents. There are many sisters who have to spend 10 years away from their family and children. Many sisters question that even after 10 years, their marriage has been broken. And many sisters do not even have relationships. We are facing such a critical situation.
The government says teachers will be stopped by transfer through bonds. Therefore, education of children should not be adversely affected. There are two departments in the education department in grades 1 through 5 and grades 6 through 8. Bonds have been filed only in the lower section. Therefore, all the recruiting teachers of the higher education department in Classes 6 to 8 and the lower division before the year 2014 are eligible to be transferred after 5 years. So why is this injustice only on teachers of grades 1 through 5 after 2014 is a big question.
