Thus, the admission time of the officer / employee is recorded due to the electronics card practice. The details of which officers / employees come to each department after the scheduled office hours or leave the office before the scheduled hours are available due to the electronics card practice. In case of officer / employee coming to office after 2 minutes of fixed office twice in one month, then they have to borrow half day leave of that day at the officer / employee who comes to office late after 3 minutes. If any such officer / employee frequently becomes accustomed to being late, disciplinary action should be taken against such officer / employee. In addition, if the officer / employee seems to have a habit of leaving early, then in their case, disciplinary action will have to be taken. Many employees of the department checking the details of attendance for June and July are late. Which is a serious matter. It is hereby requested to come to duty at the office at the appointed office and from next month.
