Remuneration: Applicants are required to clearly indicate the expected remuneration per visit (considering minimum 2 hours' visit) in the application form. In addition to the remuneration the Visiting Consultants performing Surgeries would be paid an extra amount of ₹ 1000. per Surgery. The Surgery would be conducted during the period of their regular visiting hours only. In .addition to the aforesaid remuneration per visit and surgery fees (wherever applicable), the selected candidates will be eligible for Conveyance charges at the rate of ₹ 12/- per km. Minimum conveyance reimbursement would be ₹ 25.0/- per visit.

Selection Process: Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants would be shortlisted for Interview. Personal Interview would be conducted at HAL Hospital Ojhar Township. The intimation regarding the date and time of Personal interview will be sent to the shortlisted applicants through email. Final selection will be made based on the performance in the Interview. Candidates are required to possess a valid E-mail ID, so that intimation regarding interview can be sent.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has published Special Recruitment Advertisement for SC (XSM) / ST. Avionics Division, Korwa invites Applications from eligible SC (XSM) and ST Category candidates for recruitment of following posts in Non-Executive cadre. The closing date for receipt of applications is 30th April 2017.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant  ->

(1) Full time Post Graduate of MA/ M.Sc./ M.Com (2 years after 10+2+3) or Equivalent i.e. Equivalent Service Trades / Certificates/ Qualifications in the Army/ Air force/ Navy. 

(2) Candidates should also possess relevant Professional Certificate in Typing, Stenography and PC Operations etc.

Trainee Clerical ->

(1) Full Time MA/M.Sc./M.Com (2 years after 10+2+3) with relevant Certificate of proficiency in Typing, Stenography, PC Operations etc. of minimum 3 months. (the duration needs to continuous), as the case may be. In respect of candidates possessing the qualification of Degree in Computer Science or Degree in Computer Application, Certificate of proficiency on PC Operations is not required. (OR) 
(2) Full Time Bachelor Degree (03 years after 10+2) + Full Time Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice /Diploma in Commercial practice/Diploma in Secretarial Practice acquired from the State Board of Technical Education.

Upper Age Limit: Maximum 33 Years (i.e. 28 years + 5 years relaxation for SC/ST) as on 30/04/2017. Age Relaxation - 10 Years for PWD Category candidates.

Application Fee: The fee exempted in case of SC/ST/PWDs & Ex-Apprentices trained under Apprenticeship Act-1961 in HAL, Avionics Division, Korwa).

Selection Process: Written Test.
